                                                   GREAT LEADERS KNOW WHAT THEY WANT
     
Did you know Great Leaders know what they want? They do not confuse the strategies with the goal.

Always remember when setting goals, to keep in mind, we are most likely looking for the FEELING we will harness once that goal is achieved. For example: If one is seeking a Higher Position in a Company.. The GOAL is a promotion, focusing on that new project is the STRATEGY, and the TRUE DESIRED OUTCOME may be to experience a sense of power, triumph, and respect.

When we understand what we truly desire (the feeling), we do not pursue false achievements that do not make us happy for a lifetime.

Today:

State Your True goal (s) and answer the following:

What are my intentions for achieving these goals?
What might be the obstacles in the way of my success?
What is my plan to overcome these obstacles?
How will I feel when I achieve the goals?

Most people do not take the time to look at what they truly want and their results are chaotic. Why not step up, take control of your life today, and decide right here - right now that you are a powerful Leader capable of reaching your dreams? Success is achieved when opportunity meets preparedness.
